In class the kids will be learning new Sight Words (also know as Word Wall Words, or High Frequency Words) through the phonics lessons they will be doing, as well as through the books they will be reading. Please help your child with learning these very important words. Make flash cards out of them, play games with them (tic tac toe, hangman, concentration...), have your child practice writing them in the air...
